PREMATURE EJACULATION Too Fast!!!

What is meant by the term, 'premature ejaculation'?
It is the incapability to control the ejaculatory reflex, which therefore interferes before the subject so desires. In the most cases, this disturbance accompanies the subject until his first sexual relationships (Primitive Premature Ejaculation); it is expected to belong to roughly 10% of male adults.

The Secondary forms intervenes, rather, after the period of normalcy and may be generated by full-blown organic pathologies (prostatis, vescicolis, diseases of the nervous tracts , diabetes, etc.)

For the Primitive form which, as we have mentioned, is attributed to most cases, it is now possible to successfully use medication which interferes with the level of Serotonin, a neurotransmitter of our organism. This medication which reduces the consumption of this substance in the peripheral centres and in the spinal paths of the ejaculatory reflex, inhibits ejaculation and progressively provides for satisfying sexual activity.

Experience shows that the only psychotherapy, practised in the past, resulted in disappointment. The pharmacological cure is well tolerated and lacks significant side effects; it may also result in an advantageous by-product to psychodynamic therapy.

In most cases, the subject is able to successively give up the medication and maintain satisfactory control over his ejaculatory reflex.

In the less frequent Secondary forms, the disturbance disappears while curing the pathology which caused it. That is, while using anti-inflammatories and antibiotics to cure prostatovescicolitis, the patience also recovers control of his ejaculation; the improvement of diabetes is associated with good sexual activity.
