I am able to confirm that the evaluation of the clinical file assigned to a Patient on-line and the application of specific and fundamental, diagnostic and laboratory examinations pointed out by the specialist, allows in certainty for the singling out of a diagnostic direction and adequate therapy for the most common andrological questions. This proper mechanism truly allows me to not accept on-line consultation in all the cases where there are unpredictable limits to the diagnostic safety "at a distance": in these case, I simply inform the User that it is not possible for me technically to frame the clinical case on-line as a visit to the clinic is indispensable and that payment has therefore been cancelled; simultaneously, the User receives an email from the bank which confirms the annulment of the monetary transaction.

How does one receive the fiscal receipt?

How much time is needed to receive a response?

At the end of the on-line Consultation, may I also have a receipt?
Certainly. A prescription will be sent via electronic mail, which can be transcribed on a prescription pad of the GP (General Practitioner).

I would like an opinion on a series of tests which I have already undertaken: Is it possible?
In the on-line consultation world, it is also possible to carry out a second look of cases already evaluated in other locations, transmitting the documentation which the Patient already possesses; at the end of the consultation, a summary final report on the case will be sent, including a diagnostic interpretation and some therapeutic suggestions.

If I need to return to an on-line consultation in the future, will my clinical file be archived?
The clinical information will be archived for twelve months, observing the rules of privacy and professional secrecy commonly applied for clinical Patients. It is also a good idea if the Patient keeps a copy of his on-line consultation: it may be useful also for possible, successive visits with another Specialist or as documentation for his GP.
